Welcome New Recreation Director!

The Town of New Boston is pleased to share that Kristine Flythe joined us in a new leadership capacity with the New Boston Recreation Department on Monday, November 17. Kristine brings an impressive background in community programming and recreation leadership, and we’re excited for her to carry forward New Boston’s 50 years of recreation success while shaping the next chapter of growth and innovation.
Kristine comes most recently from long-time service with the City of Lebanon, where she served as Program Coordinator with the Recreation, Arts & Parks Department. She has a proven record of engaging volunteers, creating innovative programs, and fostering inclusive opportunities for residents of all ages.
As she steps into her new role, please join us in welcoming Kristine and stop in when the office is open to introduce yourself and say hi!
- We look forward to her leadership in enhancing recreational offerings and community gathering spaces in New Boston.
- We appreciate the collaborative mindset she brings, especially in working with town departments, committees, and local partners.
- We’re confident that Kristine’s energy, creativity, and community spirit will continue to build on the strong foundation of recreation in New Boston.
Kristine, welcome to the team — we’re thrilled to have you and look forward to all that’s ahead!
